Welcome to the Layman’s guide to Philosophy! This site started off as a completely selfish guide understanding some of the major epistemologies, philosophies, and corresponding scholars that I personally struggled with most and ended up being a “catch all” for any form of media that makes philosophy more palatable.

 

This website is a living and breathing tool for students. I will continue to add scholars, philosophies, and schools of thoughts to this website because sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know until you are made to realize that you didn’t know something. (I wrote that last statement in true philosophical jargon fashion). This website, by no means, claims to be a panacea for the ails of all graduate and doctoral students trying to tackle philosophy, but it should help!
